Assembly department is mostly qualified staff who with their diligence, thoroughness and consistent work contribute to our overall good performance in terms of quality. The assembly department puts together the subassemblies made in the injection and painting shops.

High-speed screwdrivers allow accurate operation and using always the correct torque to tighten the assembly screws.
The belts used in our child's car safety seats are sewn on professional JUKI machines which guarantees a high quality of the sewn joint.
The assembly department totals 700m 2 of areas and comprises three zones:

• assembly of child's car safety seats
• assembly of bathroom kits
• assembly of parts for LCD televisions

Our customer for child's car safety seats is Ramatii, and the bathroom kits marketed under the Eka – Plast brand are used in many hotels, restaurants and homes.
